Mission & Values

Mission
Our mission is to create a healthier, happier and more sustainable world by empowering the business leaders of tomorrow to become conscious leaders and build extraordinary, stakeholder-driven businesses.

We envision a world where all businesses create positive futures for all stakeholders (people + planet).
Values
INTEGRITY

We do what we say we will do. We live by and live into our values, and demand that our portfolio companies do the same. We lead with honesty and commit to do what we believe is right, even when it’s hard, scary or not in our short-term best interest.

WIN FOR ALL

We believe that with creativity, we can find solutions in which everyone wins, and strive always to do so. We believe in the interconnectedness of all things, and know that each decision affects all.

ALIGNMENT

We believe that alignment is the key to enabling people and teams to achieve their potential. We will pay close attention to gaps in alignment and seek to create alignment around values, incentives, processes, contexts and vision.

TRUST & CANDOR

We extend trust and believe people are inherently good. We keep an open dialogue with our stakeholders and each other. We ask for and provide support, even when — especially when — facing challenges. We’re candid, even when it’s hard, scary or not in our short-term best interests

LOVE

We operate from a place of love (not fear!) and truly care about the people we interact with as human beings, not means to a business or financial end. We strive to be of service and bring out the best in people, and to inspire the companies we work with to do the same. We believe businesses exist to serve people, not the other way around.

COLLABORATION

We are open-minded, seek out the input of others and create diverse feedback loops to strengthen our strategies and actions. We function as a symbiotic network -  each Fearless company team member, investor, advisor, expert and stakeholder group can add value to the others and help us expand our collective impact.
